The Keysight (HP/Agilent heritage) 4195A is a combined vector network and spectrum analyzer covering 10 Hz to 500 MHz. It integrates vector network and spectrum measurement functions in one instrument and supports optional direct impedance measurements with the 41951A impedance test kit.
