With a 2 ns single-shot time interval resolution (100 ps averaged) and external arming, it is highly suited for detailed timing and frequency analysis. Channel A supports measurements up to 200 MHz, Channel B up to 100 MHz, and an optional Channel C expands frequency coverage to 1.3 GHz.
