The Keysight (formerly Agilent/HP) 8664A is a high-performance synthesized RF signal generator designed for stringent receiver testing up to 3.0 GHz. It offers excellent spectral purity, making it ideal for out-of-channel receiver testing and as a low-jitter clock source, particularly when equipped with the low-noise enhancement option. It features standard AM and FM modulation with wide bandwidths, and supports radar testing applications with its optional internal pulse modulation.
