The Tektronix 370A is a world-standard programmable curve tracer designed for DC parametric characterization of semiconductor devices including transistors, thyristors, diodes, SCRs, MOSFETs, and optoelectronic components. It features an interactive 7-inch CRT display, high-voltage/high-current stimulus, 4-terminal Kelvin sensing, non-volatile internal storage, and an integrated 3.5-inch floppy drive for storing waveforms and setups.
