The Tektronix AFG5101 is a programmable, 3-wide plug-in Arbitrary Function Generator designed for use with the TM 500 and TM 5000 series mainframes. It features standard waveforms up to 12 MHz, arbitrary waveform capability, AM/FM modulation, and various sweep and trigger modes.
