The Tektronix AM5030 is a single-width current probe amplifier plug-in designed for use with Tektronix TM 5000 series power modules. It operates with the AM503 family of current probes (including A6312, A6302, and A6303) to enable simultaneous AC and DC current measurements, transforming sensed current into a proportional voltage output for oscilloscopes. Featuring automated one-button degaussing and autobalancing, it also supports remote programmable control via GPIB through its host mainframe.
