The Tektronix AWG5002 is a 2-channel Arbitrary Waveform Generator from the AWG5000 Series. It combines a 14-bit digital-to-analog converter with sample rates up to 600 MS/s, allowing for highly accurate mixed-signal, RF, and high-speed digital pattern generation.
