The Tektronix P6150 is a high-bandwidth, low-impedance (Zo) passive oscilloscope probe designed for high-frequency measurements. Offering a bandwidth of up to 9 GHz and very low capacitive loading, it is optimized for use with high-speed sampling systems and TDR plug-ins, featuring interchangeable screw-in attenuator tips (1X and 10X) and SMA-to-SMA cable connectivity.
