The Tektronix TCA-1MEG is a high-impedance buffer amplifier and TekConnect interface adapter that expands the versatility of high-bandwidth Tektronix oscilloscopes equipped with the TekConnect interface. By converting the 50 Ω TekConnect input into a 1 MΩ / 10 pF input with TekProbe Level 2 BNC connectivity, the TCA-1MEG enables direct connection of standard high-impedance passive and active probes while preserving accurate signal measurement up to 500 MHz bandwidth.
