The Tektronix THDP0200 is a 200 MHz high-voltage active differential probe designed for safe, high-speed differential voltage measurements of up to 1500 V. Integrating the TekVPI interface, it connects directly to compatible Tektronix oscilloscopes, drawing power and enabling auto-scaling and communication directly with the host instrument.
