The Keysight (Agilent) 44473A is a 4x4 two-wire matrix switch module designed for use with the 3488A Switch/Control Unit mainframe. It provides a highly flexible matrix switching solution, allowing any combination of 4 inputs (columns) and 4 outputs (rows) to be connected. This module is ideal for connecting a group of test instruments to multiple points on a Device Under Test (DUT), supporting signals up to 250 V or 2 A.
