The Keysight / Agilent 478A is a coaxial thermistor mount designed for high-accuracy radio frequency (RF) power measurements. When used in conjunction with Keysight N432A or legacy 432A power meters, it provides temperature-compensated measurements for low drift even in the presence of thermal shocks. It features a frequency range of 10 MHz to 10 GHz and can measure microwave power as low as 1 microwatt.
