The Keysight (formerly Agilent / HP) 6550 Series comprises reliable, 500 W single-output DC power supplies designed to streamline common test tasks and accelerate throughput. Unlike the sibling 6650 Series, the 6550 Series models do not include standard digital interfaces (such as GPIB or RS-232), and are controlled exclusively via the front panel or analog programming. They feature fast up- and down-programming, low ripple and noise, and built-in device protection such as overvoltage protection (OVP), overcurrent protection (OCP), and remote sensing.
