- 6680 Series - 5000W
The Keysight (formerly Agilent/HP) 6680 Series encompasses a family of 5000 W single-output programmable DC system power supplies. These reliable, low-noise supplies are designed for automated test equipment (ATE) and long-term burn-in applications. They feature built-in DMM-quality measurement systems, extensive DUT protection including overvoltage and overcurrent safeguards, and selectable compensation for powering inductive loads. The series supports remote programming via GPIB using the standard SCPI command set, and includes a serial link system that allows up to 16 power supplies to be controlled through a single GPIB address.
