The Tektronix DPO4054 is a 4-channel, 500 MHz Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope in the DPO4000 Series. It features 2.5 GS/s real-time sampling across all channels, a 10 Mpoint standard record length, and a 10.4-inch XGA color display. Equipped with Wave Inspector controls, TekVPI probe interface, and serial bus trigger and analysis options, the DPO4054 provides efficient waveform navigation, acquisition, and analysis.
