TDS2014

The Tektronix TDS2014 is a 100 MHz, 4-channel digital storage oscilloscope from the TDS2000 series. Designed for general-purpose electronic test and troubleshooting, it features a 1 GS/s maximum sample rate, a 2.5k point record length on all channels, and a 1/4 VGA color LCD display.
