The Tektronix TDS724D is a 500 MHz, 2-channel digital oscilloscope from the legacy TDS700D series. It features a maximum sample rate of 1 GS/s and Tektronix's InstaVu acquisition technology, which enables an ultra-fast waveform capture rate of up to 400,000 waveforms per second to quickly identify intermittent anomalies. Standard capabilities include a 50,000-point record length, advanced triggering, and built-in math and FFT functions.
