The Tektronix TDS8200 is a modular, high-performance Digital Sampling Oscilloscope designed for research, design evaluation, and manufacturing testing of high-speed signals. Running on MS Windows 2000, the TDS8200 supports up to 8 signal channels, TDR/TDT analysis, and bandwidths extending from 2 to 60 GHz depending on the installed sampling modules.
