The Tektronix TLA614 is a 136-channel portable logic analyzer from the TLA600 series, designed to help digital hardware engineers quickly identify elusive faults. It features Tektronix's MagniVu™ acquisition technology, which delivers a high-resolution 2 GHz (500 ps) timing analysis that operates simultaneously with up to 200 MHz state analysis through the same probe. The analyzer supports up to 2 Mb of memory per channel and includes advanced triggering capabilities for glitches and setup/hold violations. iView capability is supported for cross-domain analysis with Tektronix TDS digital storage oscilloscopes.
