The TLA600 Series provides a robust baseline with 102-channel or 136-channel configurations. The Tektronix TLA613-1P is a 102-channel analyzer featuring a 200 MHz maximum state clock rate and a 250 MHz maximum timing analysis sample rate. For higher channel requirements, the Tektronix TLA614-1J- and Tektronix TLA624-6S both provide 136 channels.
